We are seeking a versatile and creative Senior Designer to lead
visual projects from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for
crafting compelling designs across digital platforms, with a strong
emphasis on motion graphics and web interface design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design for social media campaigns, websites, digital ads, and video content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video edits using After Effects.
• Design user-centric websites and interfaces in collaboration with developers using Figma.
• Produce high-quality static/dynamic graphics for digital platforms using Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Manage multiple design projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and mentor junior designers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, web, and motion design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid UI/UX design experience using Figma.
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills in After Effects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles (wireframes, prototypes).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating with developers.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools is a plus.
