  • Shipping and Delivery

    • No International Shipping.
    • Order are  Processed within 1-2 working days ( excluding Sunday & Public holidays)
    • Free Shipping Available on all pre-paid orders.
    • Cash on Delivery(COD)- An additional of Rs.50 shipping fee applies to all COD orders.
    • If  you forget to add a product, we can ship the missed items separately with Rs 300 shipping fee.
    • Once your order is dispatched , you will receive a confirmation email or what’s up message with tracking details.

    • COD may be restricted in certain areas or for high value orders.

    Delivery Timeframes: 

    Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
     Non-metro Areas: 6–7 business days
     Remote Areas: 10+ business day

    • Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, natural calamities,holiday or external logistic issues may occasionally cause unavoidable delays.

  • Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

    Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty and wellness products, ceramic products, return are accepted only in the following cases:

    • If you received a different product from what you ordered.
    • Return must be requested within 24 hours.
    • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
    • Items are missing from your order.
    • If  eligible for return,return the item and all accessories in original condition with a brand box.
    • Record the entire package from all sides, including corners.
    • Returns or refunds are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, Sales items,discounted products, gift card,non-defect reason such as an allergic reaction,personal dislike or design,aroma,texture or colour preference.

     

    Opening Video Requirement


    To be eligible for return, refund or exchange for damaged,broken or missing items  must:

    1. Records clear unboxing video from the moment the package is being opened.
    2. Ensure the video shows the shipping label, packing and product condition clearly.
    3. Submit the video along with your return request via email.

    Note:- For damages claims,unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory, any video taken after the package is being opened will not qualify for damage assessment and exchange. 

     

    Refund Policy

    • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect  your return.
    • Approved Refunds will be processed to your  original payment method within 7–10 business days.
