Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty and wellness products, ceramic products, return are accepted only in the following cases:

If you received a different product from what you ordered.

Return must be requested within 24 hours.

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Items are missing from your order.

If eligible for return,return the item and all accessories in original condition with a brand box.

Record the entire package from all sides, including corners.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, Sales items,discounted products, gift card,non-defect reason such as an allergic reaction,personal dislike or design,aroma,texture or colour preference.
Opening Video Requirement
To be eligible for return, refund or exchange for damaged,broken or missing items must:
- Records clear unboxing video from the moment the package is being opened.
- Ensure the video shows the shipping label, packing and product condition clearly.

Submit the video along with your return request via email.
Note:- For damages claims,unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory, any video taken after the package is being opened will not qualify for damage assessment and exchange.
