To be eligible for return , refund or exchange for damaged, broken or missing items you must:
1. Records clear unboxing video from the moment the package is being opened.
2. Ensure the video shows the shipping label , packing and product condition clearly.
3. Submit the video along with your return request via email.
Note - for damage claims, unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory, any vedio taken after the package is opened will not qualify for damage assessment and exchange.
