Shipping policy
We do not presently provide international shipping outside of India. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please recommend a substitute, such as a family member, co-worker, neighbour, etc. However, the company accepts no responsibility for items signed by a third party. To finalise delivery, some courier partners may require an OTP. This must be given in order for the delivery to be completed. OTP will be given to the phone number used while placing the order. Following a last round of quality inspection at our warehouse, products are packed and carefully delivered to our dependable delivery partners. You acknowledge that after our system has processed your order, the items will be thoroughly examined to make sure they are in good condition. Your order's shipping costs will be computed and shown to you at checkout. To clients in India, we now charge a fixed cost for all domestic shipping. In the future, this could alter. Free shipping offers or thresholds for free shipment on purchases exceeding a particular amount may be made for certain campaigns and marketing goals. In order to accommodate shorter travel times, we could provide additional shipping alternatives in the future.
